Pooky

While at Big Fish, every now and then I’d be called upon to write a press ad for Pooky, the decorative lighting company started by Rohan Blacker, co-founder of sofa.com. The brief was always the same: “a nice pic of our lights – ideally with a dog in it – along with a snappy headline that basically says ‘we sell really nice lights for not too much cash’”. Fun gig. These ran in all the Sunday supplements as well as the swanky interiors mags like House & Garden and World of Interiors.
